Morristown Kickboxing - Jumping Lunge Squat Challenge

Alright ladies, here is the second killer challenge we threw out for our Morristown, TN kickboxing students.

This one involves a mix of jumping lunge squats, dive bomber push-ups, air squats and mountain climbers that is guaranteed to push you to the max. Want to boost your fitness level? Try this workout a couple of times a week!
