Morristown Kickboxing - Post Thanksgiving Cardio/Core Challenge

Here is your post-Thanksgiving Weekend Workout Challenge, complete once again with a few bloopers at the end. 

I'm not sure I specified in the video, but each exercise gets 50 reps. Please make sure they are GOOD reps, particularly on the high knees. The high knees are a WASTE of time if you are not getting your knees up properly. All the core exercises require a good, solid crunch. Never, ever, ever, sacrifice good form for a faster time. This challenge is very short, but done RIGHT you should have a good burn in the core and some funky feeling legs! 

Get a screenshot of your time and post it as a check-in at ILoveKickboxing.com Morristown, along with a description of what you did and why. The post is required to be eligible for prizes. As always, get your significant other to participate AND post and you will get triple entries. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can post your time in the comments below.

Morristown Kickboxing - Push-Up, Squat, Crunch Challenge

Welcome to this weeks Weekend Workout Challenge for Morristown, TN kickboxing students.

This weekends challenge is going to involve 100 reps each of push-ups, fingertip squats and jackknife crunches, all broken up into 10 sets. Watch the video for detailed instructions (and some bloopers at the end.)
