Morristown Kickboxing - 25 Rep Per Set Squat Challenge

Here is your Weekend Workout Challenge. This one is very simple to explain - it doesn't even need a video!

Your goal is to work sets of 25 air squats. They must be GOOD air squats - you are trying to get as close to butt-to-heels as possible, so butt to knee level is the minimum acceptable level. A good set of 25 squats takes between 30 seconds and 1 minute, so we are not talking a lot of time here. 

You have until Midnight Sunday to get in as many as you can, and you have until Monday to post your results as a check-in at ILoveKickboxing.com Morristown, or post your results as a comment here on the blog.

Entries for prizes will be determined as follows:

6 sets = 1 entry
10 sets = 2 entries
15 sets = 4 entries

Squats can be done ANYWHERE. I have done squats in stores, parking lots, restaurants and pretty much anywhere else you can imagine, so NO EXCUSES. Get them done! Post a photo doing your squats somewhere unusual and I may just have an extra prize for you.
