Morristown Kickboxing - Cardio Challenge

Here you go ladies - the Weekend Workout Challenge for October 4th-6th.

To be eligible for prizes you must post a screenshot of your workout time from your smartphone stopwatch on your personal Facebook timeline or as a comment at the bottom of this post. Make sure you describe what you did so people know just how crazy you are, and make sure you post as a check-in at ILoveKickboxing.com Morristown if posting on Facebook.

I suggest you write down the exercises so you have a reference while going through the workout. The exercises are:

Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Jump Squats, Jumping Lunge Squats, Plank Jumping Jacks, Plank Knee Ins, Burpees. 10 reps each, cycle through 3 times.

Concentrate on your form - as always, I would rather see slow times and good form than fast times and bad form. You are competing with yourself, not everyone else.

$10 Starbucks card to the first time posted properly, and we will have drawings for $5 gift cards. Everyone that participates also gets entries into the monthly drawing for $50 cash. I will have some other nice prizes in the monthly drawing as well.

If you get your significant other to participate and post their screenshot, you get 3 entries instead of one.
