Morristown Kickboxing - Weekend Plank Challenge

Ok ladies, this weekends Workout Challenge is simple. You have until midnight on Sunday to do as many 2 minute planks as you can. You can spread them out as much as you want. You must actually plank for 2 minutes, rest time does NOT COUNT. Pause your timer when you rest. 

Post your total on your personal timeline before bed Sunday night (or Monday morning) as a check-in at ilovekickboxing.com Morristown to be eligible for prizes. If you are not on Facebook you may post your total as a comment on this blog. 

You need a minimum of 4 sets to get one entry. 5 gets 2 entries. 7 gets 3 entries. Every additional set from there earns you an additional entry for a max of 6. Get your significant other to participate and post and your entries will be doubled.
