July Core Challenge Day 4
Today our great nation celebrates its 238th birthday. Therefore, your challenge is to complete 238 reps of your favorite core exercise. You can break it up into as many sets as you need spread out over the course of the day.
Any core exercise is cool. Crunches, flutter kicks, mountain climbers, burpees - you name it.
Post your chosen exercise in the comments below when you are done. If you exercise in a crazy place, share a photo or video.
