Morristown Kickboxing - Class Exercises - Wednesday August 13 2014

These are the bodyweight exercises we will be performing in class Wednesday August 13th. If you can't make it to class tonight, get these done at home for a good, solid workout.

In class we will do 5 sets of ;20 on and ;10 rest. At home you can bump that up to 8 sets.
