Morristown Kickboxing - Push-Up To Sit-Up Challenge

This weekend's challenge is going to require you to transition from sit-ups to push-ups as explosively as possible, and to do it 50 times.

Watch the video below for your instructions.

Keep good form on the exercises. Get those sit-ups to 90 degrees before transitioning, and make sure your push-ups go to a 90 degree bend at the elbows. If you need to do the push-ups on your knees, that is acceptable, but please try to do as many as possible on your toes.
