Morristown Kickboxing - Weekend of August 23rd

Better late than never, right?

Sorry Morristown, TN kickboxing students. I forgot to post this one!

50 jumping jacks, 50 push-ups, 50 hopping prisoner squats, 50 push-ups, and 50 more hopping prisoner squats to finish.
