Ok Morristown fitness lovers, this weeks Wednesday Workout Challenge uses three different exercises:
Air Squats
Flutter Kicks
Push-Ups
You will perform the exercises through 4 total rounds. The first round you will do 20 reps of each, the second round 15 reps, third round 10 reps and the last round 5 reps.
