This is Daily Workout Challenge #2 for the week (Tuesday October 7th.)
You are going to mix together Dead Bug Crunches and regular push-ups in an ascending ladder. Start with one of the crunches, followed by one push-up. Then go through 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and finishing with 10 of each.
Time yourself with your stopwatch on your smartphone and let us know your results. Have fun!
