Morristown Kickboxing - Daily Workout Challenge - October 9 2014

Here is Daily Workout Challenge #4. Today you are going to set your countdown timer for 2:00. Get down in a push-up position. Bang out 8 quick Mountain Climbers, immediately followed by 2 push-ups. Repeat.

Cycle through as many times as you can within the 2 minutes. You can rest as needed, but the clock keeps running. Not one of our students yet? Complete this workout and post your results.
