Hope you will give Workout Challenge #3 a try. Today you will be mixing together good deep Air Squats and Tuck Jumps (note - I will give an alternate to the Tuck Jumps at the end for those that cannot handle the impact.)
This workout will be an AMRAP style challenge - you will have 2 minutes to complete as many reps as you can.
