Morristown Kickboxing - Wednesday Workout Challenge - October 22 2014

Here is this week's Wednesday Workout Challenge. This week you will be combining Frog Squats and Push-ups in a descending ladder workout. Time yourself on your smartphone timer and get a screenshot of your time. Post your time on Facebook or in the comments below to be eligible for prizes.
